A vibrant gathering of women leaders—both mentors and mentees—focused on learning and networking at the third annual 2024 All Circle Event through the Women’s Leadership Society at Ameren Headquarters.

The event began with an inspiring welcome from the President and CEO of United Way of Greater St. Louis, Michelle Tucker, who highlighted the invaluable benefits of mentorship. Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed insightful talks from local women leaders and participated in speed mentoring sessions.

A highlight of the afternoon was from keynote speaker, Christina Dancy, Assistant Vice President and Community Impact Manager at U.S. Bank. In her talk, “Charting Your Path to Executive Leadership,” Christina shared her journey to executive leadership filled with roadblocks and opportunities.

Reflecting on her career, Christina described a nontraditional path filled with closed and wide-open doors, many tears, and quite a few moments of joy. As a child growing up in poverty and facing adult responsibilities, she learned to navigate life independently, leveraging every experience to her advantage.

An accidental banker who once dreamed of being a teacher, Christina discovered that success is not about following a set blueprint but about defining it individually.  Her unique journey led to the development of distinct strategies that have been crucial to growth.
